Sit on the bench with your feet firmly on the floor. Keep your back straight and lean back slightly.
|
Pull the bar down towards the chest.
Remember to squeeze the Back muscles at the bottom of the movement.
Slowly lower the weight in a controlled manner to the starting position. |
